Hi Baptiste,

Sorry for my late reply, I was just busy when I got your messages and
managed to let them end up in the wrong mail folder. 
Anyway I agree with your proposals to rearrange the header files in cppunit,
cppunit/extensions and cppunit/helpers directories. For the UI header the
cppunitui/text, etc. arrangment makes most sense to me. It immediately makes
clear the UI stuff is separate from the actual framework.
