[Cppunit-devel] Added TestListener for TestResult

I added the TestListener to TestResult as suggested by Steves. This is a
port of junit TestListener.

Let's me know if you see anything wrong. Look out for concurency issue (VC++
testrunner run the test in a separate thread).
