Thank you.  That will make "cvs diff" much less painful :-)

I haven't done a thorough sweep, but there are at least three other
"non-source" files still in CVS:

	config/install-sh
	config/missing
	config/mkinstalldirs

Yes, I see.  

I guess I had run "automake" between the time it got checked in and
the time it got removed, so I had a "Modified" version showing up each
time I did "cvs update":

	include/cppunit/extensions/Makefile.in
