[Cppunit-devel] Release 1.5.5 not announced in cpp--announce

  The release 1.5.5 should be announced in the announced mailing list (even if 
late), otherwise people will never subcribe, and if some did subscribe, they 
will never know that 1.5.5 was subcribed.

  How is this done ? My guess is that only admins can post to that list. I am 
right ?
