I can't get this to work.
I get the following errors:

I followed the instructions at
http://cppunit.sourceforge.net/doc/lastest/money_example.html. When I start
up VS, I get a message saying that it needs to convert the .dsw file for us=
e
with VS2003. I clicked OK, and otherwise followed the instructions exactly.
Please assist.
