I suspect everyone can post to this list. I don't have admin access to it, so I
can't check.
But I don't see much use for an announce mailing list: the 'monitor file relase'
already includes the announce functionality and is easier to use.
Likewise I suspect the cvslog mailing list won't see much use either.
So to avoid confusion I propose to delete them alltogether. If anyone has
objections, please speak up or I'll disable them coming weekend.
