Hi,

just did your "cookbook" tutorial, it's great and got me started in a 
flash. I noticed some minor error, most are typos. So here's a diff, hope 
you find it useful.

Some console output for you to see how I got there:

NOTE: I "corrected" the line
	CPPUNIT_TEST_SUITE_REGISTRATION( ComplexNumber );
to read:
	CPPUNIT_TEST_SUITE_REGISTRATION( ComplexNumberTest );
because I supposed that you mean the ComplexNumberTest.cpp file, which 
worked for me, but maybe I didn't get it...
