One of us is confusing the original
include/config.h.in
which, indeed, is generated (using autoheader), with the
new file
include/cppunit/config.h.in
which is NOT generated. The latter IS in the repository
while the former is not.
[And neither include/config.h nor include/cppunit/config.h
should be in the repository, either.]
