I just tried to go to the cppwiki but I get this error:

ImportError: No module named wikiconfig

Unfortunately I want to download the CppUnitVisualStudio2005Wizard and that is not available using archive.org or google cache :-(

Is there somewhere else I can download CppUnitVisualStudio2005Wizard?

Is there some acknowledged way of reporting that the wiki doesn't work anymore?
