[Cpptool-develop] Refactoring Assistant 0.1 released

    Well, we should really have done this a year ago. It's based on sources
back from 2003/08/25, the last compilable/working version I found.

    It has been tagged in CVS with RFTA_REL_0_1.

    Source & precompiled add-ins are available for download on sourceforge
download page:
    http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/cpptool

    You'll need boost 1.30.2 to compile the sources. It's available in the
'build dependencies' download.
