[Cpptool-develop] htdocs backups

I modified the backup procedure to store everything in 
~cpptool/NightlyBackups. Maybe Baptiste could move the backups away from 
the htdocs directory, so they won't be included in each backup. The new 
directory should be group writeable; the backup files are - so far - group 
readable but owner writeable.
