[Cpptool-develop] Wiki and apologies (once more...)

Hi guys,

recently, I haven't followed the mailing list and other developments. The 
reason is that I had to turn in my thesis, and that meant a few weeks of 
12-hr days. Now it's almost done; I will have my defense next week (still 
a bit nerve-racking).

As for the wiki, I made daily backups, however they are only useful if we 
discover vandalization within 24 hours. I will think about a better scheme 
once I get around it.

I am truly sorry for any incovenience my neglect has caused.
