[Cpptool-develop] Class-Body-Parsing now works...

Hello together,

class body parsing has now been implemented. First test can be seen in
DeclarationListMutatorTests.
Current MaxLODMutator should work with this and parse a declared
class down to it's members (has not yet been tested).
I've checked in the ASTDumper now parsing from FILE-Level.
So the test.bat will work only for full file level parsing areas.
