The ParserTools solution is a good idea since some implementation found 
in parser classes can be
moved there (e.g. some members of variabledeclmutator and 
unparseddeclarationmutator).

I will play arround with the CStringView and Enumerator - at the moment 
the code of CaseStatementParser
does look a little bit complex with the Enumerator and StringView ... 
it's just a feeling
