[Cpptool-develop] Progress on FullParser...

Hello together,

i started the work on writing parser classes for a full parser.
I got a lot of things working allready, so the main things discussed
at the wiki pages have been done. Of course this is only the first
step since mutators to step in the different declarations have not
been written yet. Most of the things are unparsed, but with this
we can parse files from top level. As soon as I managed to
refactor the code a little bit more I will check in the first files
and the tests which are allready working.
This direct testing is really nice ;-)
