[Cpptool-develop] Split temporary

I started working on the split temporary refactoring. So far, it passes
the easiest test case. The code needs still some cleaning up, e.g., create
an abstract base class "Refactoring"; I copied and pasted quite a bit from
rename temp.

I started with this one since I understand its mechanic better than 
"reduce scope".
