Notes, that VC++ may report that it fails to load the DLL. If you are using
Internet Explorer 6.0 on Windows 2000, that is because of a bug in the
SHWAPI.DLL (or something like that), which introduce a buggy dependency to
APPHELP.DLL (which does not exist on Windows 2000, only on Windows XP).
Don't panic, in the Tools/Customize... dialog, just load the add-in using
the browse button one or two times and it should work. My guess is that VC++
force loading of 'delayed load DLL' when starting which cause the failure.
I've got it working at home (Windows 2000 IE 5.5), and at work (Windows 2000
IE6).
