CPPSERV samples v0.1.5-2 released

From now on samples and core will be released separately.

Two new samples were added:
- a simple test for multi-value request paramters
- ODBC-based book database example.

The second one is whole mini-web app, so CPPSERV
is showing signs of real-life usefullness I guess.
