CPPSERV v0.1.2 Released

CPPSERV v0.1.2 has been released.

Main feature of this release is set of samples that demonstrate basic CPPSERV APIs.

These samples will also be used as a test suit
(and already helped to identify some bugs in CPPSERV code).
