[Cppqed-support] Milestone 10 status

Dear All,
Today, I uploaded the new documentation to the main sourceforge page
http://cppqed.sourceforge.net/
At the same time, I set the head of the master git branch to coincide with
Development.
The Milestone 10 file releases (CPC, SourceForge, Debian, Arch), should not
be very far, either.
