[Cppqed-support] BlitzCVS_compatibility and BoostIntegration

Dear András,

I have transferred and adjusted the relevant commits for the cmake build 
system to BlitzCVS_compatibility. The result is in raimar/BlitzCVS_cmake.

Once you have prepared everything in master I will merge this with 
BoostIntegration and adjust Cmake so that it picks up the local boost version.

Maybe we can skype on thursday (tomorrow is a holiday in Austria)?
