cpplib under new administration.

The project cpplib is now under new administration.

The project administrator will be the owner of the specifications (API + test cases). For the implementation ... let the best code win !

The idea is to have a very robust automated regression test mechanism selecting the best implementation.
Research will be done on how to automatically measure performance and memory foot print. For correctness boost unit test framework (http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_38_0/libs/test/doc/html/index.html) will be used.

The project is in a very preliminary stage but soon the first release will be done so that we can test the concept.
