[Cppcms-users] Need a help for dependencies instalation on windows

i'm building cppcms and i got the result below from cmake. the configuration and generation are done but i don't have libcppcms.I downloaded icu and openssl libraries but i don't know how to install it. About the zlib, i've put the zlib.dll in the cmake's bin but i'm not sure if it is the right place or not.I need your help please, i'm a beguinner.
