Some symbols are not defined. Some symbols are defined twice.

Main Problem seems to be booster. It is completely failing.
Is someone using it on windows?
Help would be awesome. If someone has a complete folder with all features
and dependencies for MWSC 2015 I would happily buy it.

What problems do you have? What dependencies you fail to build.

The bare minimal dependencies to build CppCMS with MSVC are:

- cmake & Python2 (trivial to install)
- zlib and pcre - widely used libraries.

So what exactly fails for you?
