[Cppcms-users] Question about file path of hello.po in example

Hello,
  I tried localization example tonight,it works.
  But I don't know why translator can find the hello.po file in
/local/he/LC_MESSAGES folder. But after I rename the folder he to zh and
modify the Makefile,I can't see אני רוצה לומר in web page.
