It is regression (a bug) in 0.99.10 that was introduced when Windows
service support was added. Unfortunately this part had no unit test
(as it is quite hard to do) so it will be fixed in 0.99.11.

Hi,
   I tried daemon configuration last night.See below:
     "daemon":{
     "enable":true,
     "lock":"km_process",
     "fdlimit":1024
     }

"enable":true works fine,it forks a new process and I don't need to type 
'&' command now.
but km_process file is not generated.Why?
