Hello CppCMS Users,

I would like to announce that the formal review of 
Boost.Locale library starts today.

Boost.Locale library was developed as part of CppCMS for
CppCMS's needs and was adopted for Boost.

It is one of the important and central peaces of CppCMS that
provide high quality localization to C++ Web Development.

I hope that after the review ends it would become a part
of Boost as well.
