Fine setup!
Let's assume  that I am using nginx with one backend of ten processes.
That means, my webserver can handle ten processes at a time and that if an
eleventh request arrive, its execution will be delayed.  There is no way
to increase the number of backend nor the number of processes.
With the above setup, let's say that ten requests are waiting for some
messages; an eleventh request will be delayed... Is there a way around
that jam?
