LOL! 
After a bit of searching, I found out that the application listening on port 
8080 was ktorrent's web panel. So, I simply incremented ktorrent's port 
setting to 8081 not knowing it was also required. 

Now that both ports are available, test 10 and 11 are all ok.


100% tests passed, 0 tests failed out of 46


Thanks a lot for your help so far...

I am going to follow the "Hello World" tutorial... my next questions might be 
about Apache and server configuration... I'll see.
