[Cppcms-users] HTTPS CGI variable retrieving function

Hi,

If I can remember correctly it was possible in the old cppcms version to
find out easily if a request came over http or https. 
Currently I can't find this function anymore (or perhaps I overlook it
somehow). I use the getenv() function currently but I think it would be
a good idea to put this in the library.
