[Cppcms-users] Reply to Settings in cppcms-users list

Hello All,

I've changed reply-to settings such that, by default the reply goes
to the cppcms-users mailing list and not to the sender.

This will reduce number of mistakes, in replying to mailing list, but
you'll have to specify mail address explicitly if you want to
send an e-mail privately.
