Ive recompiled booster with your patch, but im still not getting a trace
when cppcms/cppdb throws - such as
2012-05-02 11:52:57; cppcms, error: Caught exception
[cppdb::invalid_column attempt access to invalid column]
(http_context.cpp:139
I would have assumed that it will show me trace so I can find out which
line tries to access the invalid column.
