Currently there is no way to disable this timeout.
However you can define very high value for example a month (24*3600* 30)

Also I would strongly discourage from using infinite timeout as for
example client closes the connection without notification (shutdown(2))you will **never** detect it or detect it after very long period of time
which makes the application vulnerable.
