I have two important announcements:

1. New version was released CppCMS 0.99.10

2. New guide about secure programming with CppCMS was added to
   wiki. It is not complete yet but it includes important
   sections like working with session, XSS and CSRF prevention
   tools.

   Some tools like CSRF prevention and easy XSS filters configuration
   are new in CppCMS 0.99.10.
