#147 std::auto_ptr is deprecated

Now in fact std::auto_ptr is deprecated. May be you make change to std::unique_ptr ?

I'm aware of the issue

1. std::unique_ptr ins't avalible in C++03...
2. Replacing it would break the API

It may be a feature request for future versions of CppCMS... but for now it will remain.
