[cpp-netlib-devel] New Project/Release Manager and Project Admin

Hi Everyone,

I'd just like to announce that after an overdue announcement, Glyn
Matthews is now the Project Manager and Project Admin for the C++
Networking Library project. The administrative powers of the project
are now shared between me and him -- so if you want to be added as a
developer to the Sourceforge project please contact either me or Glyn
Matthews directly.

Please note that I will try and complete most of the implementation
requirements to lay the groundwork for other components to be built on
top of the current Message implementation. Please file feature
requests/bugs to the appropriate sourceforge tracker(s).

I'm currently working on more stuff to be added (especially in the
transformation layer) mainly iterator adapters, and what not.

I'll also start implementing a message type with wide character support.

When time permits, I should start writing the simple HTTP 1.0 client
implementation based on the message class.

If you would like to pick up from where the code is currently at,
please feel free to do so. Let me know if you need anything to get
started. Let's get the dialog going so that we can be able to
accomplish more as we go along.

PS. If you already have code implemented which you'd like to
contribute, please feel free to send the files over to me or whoever
would have the time and bandwidth to try and integrate what we already
have into the repository.
