That's cool, I understand exactly what you mean. :)

Make that two of us who'd like to see that implementation developed
further. Maybe we should schedule a 1.0-devel branch-and-merge (like
how we did last time circa 0.7 with the documentation overhaul) to
make that code available to more people and closer to the "main line"
development soon?
