[cpp-netlib-devel] HTTP authentication

Hello,

Besides support for the Authorization header, is there any other 
support? IE: for Authorization: Basic <b64 encoded username:psw>. I had 
to b64 encode my own string and add the header explicitly. Also, support 
for digest authentication would be great.
