[cpp-netlib-devel] Released 0.6.1

Good day everyone,

I would like to announce that I've just packaged up and uploaded
release 0.6.1 which fixes a lot of failures on MSVC 10 and is
forward-compatible with Boost.Spirit.

Please test out the release on your machines and report any glaring
failures. I will be starting a new branch 0.7-devel which will be
rooted on the 0.6.1 tag.
