And massive thanks of course go to Dean for the development of the
http::server and for managing the move to github which has helped enormously
with co-ordinating the project.

Support for other protocols too.  If anyone wants to take up SMTP, FTP, ICMP
etc. in a new fork I encourage them to do so.  Perhaps not in time for 0.6
if the end of february is a hard deadline, but maybe in time for 0.7 or 0.8
in march or april.
