Sweet. Now we just need a transition plan. Also, I'm liking github a
lot, but then Sourceforge has been good to us through the years. ;)

I think if John feels like Git is the way to go (since apparently
we're the only three active developers at the moment) then we might as
well switch to pure Git soon. ;)

Also, I plan to make a presentation about cpp-netlib at BoostCon 2010
-- it would be great if we can get a 1.0 out before February 2010 so
that we'll have a presentation ready by then. :D
