Welcome to the list! It would be great if you can check out the code
that's already in the branch I've specified. If you can help out with
tests and/or examples on using the URL library -- or even improving
the parsing that uses Boost.Spirit2x then that would be awesome.

Patches and suggestions are most welcome.

(Sorry guys, I've been swamped again lately with the day job. :( )
