This morning I added Trac to the sourceforge site, and it's available here:

http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/cpp-netlib/

I hope this helps to get people involved and contributing much more easily.

Please let me know your thoughts on this and if you want to add tickets and
bug reports, please make a start.
