[cpp-netlib-devel] Committed patch against localhost_test from Kim

Hi Guys,

I've just checked in the patch sent to me by Kim Grasman to the
http_integration branch (r86).

I haven't built/run this in Linux yet, so I'll have more to say later
when I get to it.
