It looks like you'll have to 'chmod +x' flag to the cgi script inside
the cgi-bin/ directory.

I'm not very good with Python, but I think it would be nice if you'd
like to have your hand at looking through the code? :D

I think Divye would be on it as well. I'll try to look at why the
tests are failing and see if I can remedy on this side.

I'm going to go ahead and write HEAD support, and refactor the client
code as well. Let's see how far I get with that effort.
