[cpp-netlib-devel] Checking in of binary files

Hello all,
   I spent the whole of yesterday clearing out a bug in the python web
server on linux that was because of an incorrect line ending style.
Sheesh! It was a huge waste of time. Anyways, I'm ready to check in
the python code. The only thing is, some of the tests require testing
against a transfer of a binary file. The file I'm currently using is a
zip file. What is the policy of such a check in and where should the
License for this file go?
