The test suites in the http_integration branch work "as is" by simply running bjam in the tests directory or the root of the branch by using the Visual Studio configured command line (provided bjam is in your path). The tests compile and run, though they may run indefinitely if internet access is not available because if the hosts are not resolved, the code does not exit cleanly.
