[cpp-netlib-devel] Tests failing

Hi,
  I've added some missing typenames to the message.ipp file in the
http_integration branch so that it compiles on Windows Vista with VC8. The
change doesn't seem to break the build with gcc 4.2 on linux. If anyone has
any issues with the commit, please post.
