Ah yes, pesky work stuff... Good thing I *need* the C++ Networking
library as part of the next project I'll be working on, so the tables
are now turned in my case -- the pesky work stuff *is* the C++
networking library. :D

I can definitely help with moving stuff over from libpion into
cpp-netlib -- just let me know which files you want to get into the
project so that I can pull them appropriately. Since we don't have any
SoC'ers helping around, I'll be glad to do the dirty work and try making
things compile *first* then work with the message abstraction(s) we
already have in the library.
