This morning I added Trac to the sourceforge site, and it's available here:

http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/cpp-netlib/

I hope this helps to get people involved and contributing much more easily.

Please let me know your thoughts on this and if you want to add tickets and
bug reports, please make a start.

you're already starting with working on those.

I added an HTTPS and HTTP timeout component and assigned them both to you.
Also, I added yourself and Mike Dickey as Trac admins.

Thanks Glyn! :) Looking forward to administering Trac on Sourceforge
soon. Hopefully I'll also post updates as soon as things settle down
from where I'm at. ;)
